This fall, United Healthcare teamed up with GENYOUth to present social entrepreneurship opportunities for local high school students.  We were thrilled to visit Salt Lake City for the very first time, and Pittsburgh for the second time, to meet over 100 brave, curious and bold entrepreneurs!

Congratulations to Woolwich Central School, led by 12th grader Noa S., on their successful completion of their AdCap Project, “Seeds of Leadership!” Before the school year ended, they held a full day of mentoring and leadership led by their high school students to help support younger students. 63 5th grade students and 16 high school students participated in the program, across two different schools in the district. The older students led different leadership and physical activity sessions with elementary youth, providing a full day of leadership training and empowerment. Way to go, Noa and team!!!
